Atlantic Broadband is relatively new to the industry since they were founded in 2003. However, the company is one of the Top 20 cable providers in the United States and is already serving over 250,000 customers.

After purchasing some cable operations from Charter Communications in early 2004, Atlantic Broadband became one of the the top providers of entertainment services, including HDTV programming and digital video recording. Additionally, the company provides high-speed Internet solutions through its digital cable network in a variety of packages to meet the needs and budgets of its customers.

The company is also dedicated to providing the services its customers want. For example, in July of 2004 Atlantic Broadband added a Latino package to its cable services for customers in the Miami, Florida area.
